HOW TO PAIR TWO CURRENCIES TOGETHER FOR BETTER TRADING?When it comes to trading the Forex Market, we all need to know which currency is strong and which is weak and pair them together.
You should not pair a strong currency against another strong currency as it more or less won’t move anywhere ie sideways/consolidation (this also applies to when pairing a weak currency against another weak currency)
The question now is, “How do we know which currency is weak & which one is strong?”
You can answer that question by using the Fundamentals, Sentiments & Technical Analysis that will help in understanding better the above.
The Market Analysis plays a major part of our trading and it’s best to combine the above together for better trading decisions.
A lot of traders today are waiting for news to break and then they place trades based on the news outcome ALONE. Most times, it doesn’t work according to plan as it wasn’t combined with the Technicals.
They all have their role to play ie the Fundamentals/Sentiment gives us heads up as to the possible direction while the Technicals helps us identify where to enter to go along in that same direction.
Trading doesn’t have to be difficult, we just have to follow a particular procedure ie we need to have a solid structure before jumping in and out of trades.
Screen time is what the Forex Doctor recommended, do this regularly and your trading health will be up to par at the end of the day.
